Panderina Soumas has Creole cooking items and Noma Fowler-Sandlin, Pan's Pantry, has rare jelly in the Gourmet Market at Revel 32

Panderina Soumas and Noma Fowler-Sandlin are among the Gourmet Market vendors at the Revel who've got Louisiana on their minds.

Soumas specializes in Creole cooking and lore.

Fowler-Sandlin cooks up specialty jelly. For instance, at Carnival time she has jelly with a King Cake-style baby in each jar.

Both are charming and knowledgeable and worth seeking out in the market on the riverfront in Shreveport as the Revel hits its final day. Bon appetit, eh?
