Judy Horne pastels and watercolors at Karpeles Museum, Shreveport' reception Sat, March 8, 1 pm

Judy Horne, an accomplished and prolific painter and mainstay of exhibits in Shreveport and Bossier, will install work at Karpeles Museum, Shreveport, says Jean Glabus. A reception will be held from 1 to 3 pm Sat, March 8.
