Classical music coverage in photos and events for North Louisiana: Susan Rogers' new ShreveportMusicans4ever blog

Susan Rogers, aka SJW Rogers, is an adept photographer, professional Horn player and very intelligent fan and chronicler of classical music. She was a pillar of the Shreveport Symphony Orchestra: full time Second Horn for over 40 years and the Orchestra Personnel Manager for 32 years.

Today she is capturing the musicians and audiences at the many concerts she attends in the area. Her photo-laden blog, ShreveportMusicians4ever.blogspot.com, is a welcome addition to the media.

Thank you so much for my blog plug, Robert. Am enjoying the creative outlet it provides me along with staying connected to my friends, colleagues and others who support the arts and live music. Many thanks to you and your staff for keeping all of us up to date on the many marvelous arts programs we have available here in Shreveport-Bossier and the Ark-La-Tx. Already anticipating next season and excited about sharing my love for music and the arts with the community. For now, though, it's back to our summer activities. This first week in July was extremely busy for many of us and as you recently mentioned in your blog, both PAC and G&S have upcoming musical productions. Great fun for everyone and a perfect way to end the summer. Looking forward to both.
