"Blanc et Noir Marchers! Join us for a costume workshop on Saturday, February 7th from 10 am to noon at the Cedar Grove/Line Ave Library meeting room," says Madeline Kawanaka. "Bring your costume materials. Let's glue, stitch and paint together. Marion Marks will have hats and small parade umbrellas for purchase. We'll have some Blanc et Noir felt medallions to add to your get up."
There will parade sounds on the box: Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler! All are welcome to join the krewe as well as to enjoy the workshop.
