Students encouraged to enter videos in Budding Artists Assoc Film Fest; deadline is March 22

The Budding Artists Association’s 2013 Film Festival is to showcase the works of
talented filmmakers in the area, says Leigh Ann Chambers.

March 22 midnight submission deadline to robin@bossierarts.org

-All submitted works must be PG-13 by MPAA standards. No explicit material.
-No use of sampled/or copyrighted material will be considered.
-If music is included it must be cleared with the original artist.
-All submissions must be in digital or DVD format and turned in along with the entry form.
-Please make sure that all Dvd submissions play without problems Before submitting them. If there is trouble playing a DVD, the submission will be discarded.
-If your work exceeds the above-mentioned specifications, an exception can be
made as long as you successfully communicate this issue in advance of your
entry.
