Shreveport Community Drum Circle and Shreveport Hoop Group, says Katie Rubben on Facebook, will meet at Riverview Fountains in an impromptu, informal session 7 pm to 9 pm Fri, July 23.
It's an all ages gathering and open to photographers, those who'd like to try hooping or hand drumming and those who simply want to enjoy the riverfront.
