Shreveport Regional Arts Council has created a street scene for Saturday on Texas Ave near First Methodist featuring traditional Dia de los Muertos food, a farmer's market, a Guacamole Truck, Mexican ghost stories, and a professional Salsa dancing exhibition and competition, says Sandra McWherter.
