Tipitina's Foundation founder Roland Von Kurnatowski, an urban turn-around specialist who, for example, announced in Jan the purchase and plans to renovate the Orpheum Theater, New Orleans, has completed renovation of the stylish former Sears Bldg, corner of Louisiana and Texas St, Shreveport.
