The Inside Out Project is photographing and pasting up Shreveport Common residents in the two days prior to UnScene, says Josh Porter.
"But you can slip into line and have your poster made today, if you have to," adds Porter.
Music, food trucks, film, photography and pasting up will be in full display on Sat, Dec 14, from noon to 8 pm.
