French street artist JR is the person who initiated the Inside Out experience. His blow-ups of street portraits led to the Inside Out photo enlargement truck that will visit Shreveport for the Dec 14 UnScene.
In 2011 JR won the TED (technology entertainment design) Prize. In his TED talk he outlines his lovely plan.
