Brass chamber music on Sun, Ap 28, 3 pm, First Baptist's Frost Chapel; Mozart on Sun, May 19, 3 pm, Anderson Auditorium, Centenary College

The Shreveport Symphony’s new chamber music series, sponsored by The Noel Foundation Inc., continues with two free concerts featuring SSO musicians on Sunday, April 28 and Sunday, May 19, says Lois Robinson.

Performers: I-49 Brass (Rick Rowell and Mike Scarlato, Trumpets; Thomas Hundemer, Horn; Mike Davidson, Trombone; J Mark Thompson, Bass Trombone)
The program features works by Gabrieli, J.S. Bach, Ralph Vaughan-Williams and others.
