April Dahm has been a student of life in Seattle (10 years), Chicago and Minneapolis, as well as observer of NYC and Boston during her years in Massachusetts and a previous resident of the Deep South through a tenure in Tampa.
She'll describe how she's applying her varied background to leadership in Shreveport on Time for A Better Shreveport at 5 pm on KSCL, 91.3 fm.
Dahm's well-informed nose for urban dynamics is part of the background of the Maker's Fair, a Texas Avenue event she is producing with artist Allison Dickson West.
The Maker's Fair dates are October 30th and November 6th.
The Texas Ave Community Association is a creation of Dahm and Texas Ave property owners such as David Nelson.
