A new indie documentary, Jean-Michel Basquiat: the Radiant Child, will play at Robinson Film Center on Sat, Sept 25, 2:30 pm, and Sun, Sept 26, 3:30 pm.

"To me, an introduction from someone who cares about the subject of a film and can speak to its cultural value elevates the evening from a movie to more of an event," says Chris Jay. In that pursuit, he has invited Robert Trudeau to introduce the movie on Sat and Kelly McDade to speak about Basquiat and the film on Sun.

Trudeau teaches Fine Arts Survey at Caddo Magnet High and McDade teaches Intro to Fine Arts for BPCC. McDade is former manager of public art for SRAC. Trudeau was awarded the Multi-Disciplinary Fellowship by SRAC in 2008.
