Shreveport, poised on the edge of more-than-average growth, is eyeballing the future instead of pretending it won't happen. The Metropolitan Planning Commission has developed a 25-page plan for the coming years.
Now it needs citizens' input.
The meeting at 5:30 pm on Wed, May 21, is a public hearing, the first of three, on the master plan. It will be held at Govt Plaza, 1st floor, 505 Travis St.
