The Krewe of Highland parade may start at noon or 1 pm, Sunday, March 2, says Emma McCarty, allowing for the rain forecast.
Fern Ave will be closed from 7 am until the parade is finished.
Additional streets on the parade route will be closed at 1:00 pm. The route is the same as last year.
