Urban acts at the State Fairgrounds, Shreveport, in the Blue Goose Music Festival, Fri, May 18 through Sun, May 20

The Blues Goose Music Fest, Shreveport, began at Festival Plaza and was a modest affair until the 2012 urban agenda blow-up.
