"To be used by culinary entrepreneurs, caterers, and budding chefs," says John Grindley, "we are taking the restaurant kitchen in the new CoHab site and re-imagining it as a community resource."
Grindley is spearheading a Kickstarter campaign to "make Shreveport-Bossier's first community kitchen come alive."
