Bill Joyce, Artspace artistic director, and Pam Atchison, director of Shreveport Regional Arts Council, were elated at the mob which attended the Faces of Katrina opening.
Mingling in the sea of usual suspects were Katrina evacuees, some of them bewildered by the hoopla.
