Holiday quiz / Name that restoration project!

In these two photos you see one of the more extensive renovation and redesign projects to be watched in South Highlands.

Guess that project!

Post, if you're in the know, the name of the notable owner. The hint is that there's a connection - more than simple proximity - to Betty Virginia Park.

Maybe no one cares about the socialite rebuilding of South Highland. Just a guess though...

Lol; I think that's a fair assessment. I haven't researched the ownership via official records, but local pundits say it is owned by former S'porter William Armsted Robinson. He's not a socialite in the usual sense.

Called the founder of DHL courier services, Robinson has, according to news reports, donated a million to the local Chimp Haven and half a million to the Louisiana Film Center - which in turn named itself Robinson Film Center. While he owns houses in numerous locations, he is based in Idaho and is called "reclusive" as well as "colorful."

A friend told me that Robinson also donated the money to pay for recent improvements to Betty Virginia Park: the re-do of the stream bed and walkway bridges, maybe the fencing.

Since I don't have the time to research things past Googling, I'm basically purveying well-intentioned gossip. No surprise: millionaire bachelor Robinson is a magnet for discussion in many locations.
